Art & Archaeology of the Silk Road Symposium

This international conference will feature keynote presentations by:

Daniel Waugh, director of the Seattle Silk Road Project and editor of the journal of the Silkroad Foundation

Annette Juliano, Professor of Asian Art at the Newark branch of Rutgers University

Matthew Canepa, Professor, University of Minnesota

We will reappraise key questions after shifts over the last two decades within the field, with presentations from an international range of leading scholars in the field. The preliminary schedule will be announced in early June.
